J-CAT Playbill Advertising Guidelines
Ad Sizes (in inches) :
Full Page: 7.75 tall x 5.25 wide
Half Page: 4 tall x 5.25 wide
Quarter Page: 4 tall x 2.5 wide
Business card size ads must be no larger or smaller than a standard business card
Ads should be submitted via e-mail or on a CD. The following file formats are acceptable:
JPEG
PDF
Tiff
Physical Photographs MUST
be scanned and e-mailed, or you may submit them on a CD. Resolution must be at least
150 DPI and in Black and White, or we cannot guarantee the clarity of the picture.
If you create a word document with clip art, designs, or special fonts, you MUST
convert it to one of the file formats listed above.
Submission of a word document will not guarantee that the font or design you choose
will be used, as some fonts will not translate to our programs.
