Michael Andron, Ph.D.
is the founding Artistic Director of the Jewish Cultural Arts Theatre – J-CAT. A true renaissance man, Michael is an ordained, certified Mohel (almost 12,000 babies and counting!) and a Toro Dojo – Jewish Karate Grand Master and 7th Degree Black Belt. He is director of Kodesh Center, a non-profit foundation for personal growth, Body-Mind- Energy development and Jewish Meditation and Jewish Awareness. He is a Yoga Adept, researcher and practitioner in holistic medicine, and the teacher of the Kavana Course in Jewish Meditation here at the MAR-JCC. Lillian Andron
serves as J-CAT’s Educational Director … which means, acting teacher, coach, and all-round “Drama Mama.” The world-famous acting teacher, Larry Silverberg, has certified her to teach the Meisner approach to acting. Lillian has also appeared in dozens of productions including Golda, Dracula, Noises Off, An Inspector Calls, The Last Night of Ballyhoo, Collected Stories, Women’s Minyan, Doubt and most recently, Lost in Yonkers. She would like to thank her J-CAT family and Gary Bomzer for helping J-CAT to flourish, and her husband Michael for encouraging, directing, browbeating, and forcing her to challenge herself at every turn.

Ashley Blake Fisher (Outreach Coordinator, Teacher, Show Director): Ashley is a professional actress/singer/dancer who is relocating from her "home" for the last six years, Walt Disney World. A proud member of Actor's Equity Association, Ashley has performed in a slew of roles and shows as a "professional princess" at Disney and is excited to bring her magic to J-CAT. As a cabaret singer, Ashley has toured to over 110 cities and 40 countries worldwide on six continents. She was a semi-finalist for FOX's American Idol, Season 2, and went on to represent the show's sponsor, Clairol's Herbal Essences, in a National ad campaign.Behind the scenes, Ashley has served as a teacher and director with the Patel Conservatory at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts in Tampa and worked in New York City with Tony Award winning producers, Sibling Entertainment. She earned a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Central Florida, and has directed with dozens of schools and institutions throughout Florida and New York, in addition to serving as a private voice teacher and audition coach.
